About cookies
Without your consent we only use the cookies the service needs in order to work. We use statistics and marketing cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice on our pages. Your choice is stored in the cookie brewos_consent for 180 days, and you can change it at any time: change your cookie choice. When you withdraw your consent, we remove that service's cookies from your browser.
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics)
If you accept statistics cookies, we use the Google Analytics service to analyse and monitor the use of our online services. Usage data is collected by means of cookies, but the data is not processed or stored in such a way that the use of an individual user could be tracked.
With the data, we aim to understand what the users of the site want and how we can best give users the information they need. Google Analytics sets the cookies ga and _ga*, which are kept for at most 13 months. The data collected in Google Analytics is kept for 50 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
The following statistical data is collected on the use of the services:
- total visitor numbers
- whether the visitor is new or visiting the site for the first time
- which web address the user came from
- the most used search terms
- the most popular pages
- the most used browser versions
- the most used devices
Marketing cookies (Google, Meta)
If you accept marketing cookies, Google Ads measures through Google Analytics whether our ads lead to registrations, opening the demo or contacts, and uses visit data to target our ads. This requires that you have also accepted statistics cookies. Google may set cookies such as gclau, which are kept for 90 days. Google Ireland Limited processes the data under its own terms, and the data may also be processed outside the EU and EEA.
If you consent to it, our public pages use the Meta (Facebook, Instagram) pixel. With it we measure whether our ads lead to visits, and we can show our ads in Meta's services to people who have visited our pages. The pixel is not loaded until you have accepted marketing cookies.
The pixel tells Meta about page visits and whether the visitor opened the demo page or the contact page, selected a phone number or registered for the service. The pixel sets the cookie _fbp, which is kept for 90 days. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy, and the data may also be processed outside the EU and EEA.
Cookies and the functionality of the services
Certain functionalities of our services, such as wizards that guide the user and web pages that require logging in, need cookies in order to work. Blocking such cookies may also prevent the service in question from working.
Our online services also use third-party social plugins, with which the site can, for example, display social media content. The site's social plugins may set cookies from their own services and in accordance with their own policies.
Blocking and deleting cookies
You can block the use of cookies by changing the settings of your browser or device. Bear in mind, however, that many functions and services require that the online service can store the choices you make by means of cookies. If you block cookies entirely, you may not be able to use all functions and services.
Cookies can be deleted one by one or all at once. Where the delete function is located depends on the browser or device you use.
