All management in one system for breweries, distilleries and other producers and importers. Authority reports automatically. Have your AI assistant do the routine work right in BrewOS.
Record things once and BrewOS works out the rest: stock, taxes, invoices and reports. Less Excel, less typing, less worry.
Delivery and packaging reports for the Finnish Supervisory Agency (formerly Valvira), excise duty, beverage packaging tax and the EU sales recapitulative statement are generated automatically from wholesale, ready to submit.
The invoice is created from the shipment with one click and moves to Fennoa, Netvisor, Procountor or Netbaron – or goes straight to the customer as an e-invoice.
Finished goods stock accounting at production batch level on a FIFO basis. Every batch can be traced all the way to the customer, so in a recall you know right away who received it.
The home page shows the orders in progress, waiting for picking and waiting for delivery, plus the due dates of your next reports to the authorities. See right away what needs your attention.
See the stage and completion date of every batch at a glance. The tank map shows which tanks are free and what is fermenting in each – move a batch to another tank by dragging it.
Shipments move through clear stages from picking to invoicing. Stock balances, batch records and regulatory reports update automatically along the way.
A delivered order becomes an invoice with one click. The customer's contract prices, deposits and VAT are calculated automatically, and you can follow the invoice's status in BrewOS.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible AI assistant to your BrewOS account and ask in your own language: the assistant looks up data, creates shipments and compiles reports.
https://brewos.fi/mcpThe webshop fetches products, prices and stock from BrewOS, and orders come into BrewOS directly as shipments. Authority reports are generated as for the rest of your sales.
Restaurants, bars and shops sign in with their alcohol licence and see their own contract prices. The licence is checked automatically.
Consumers order for pickup or home delivery, and the sales are booked on your retail licence.
Do you have your own developer? The Webshop API is open and publicly documented: developer guide. Without a developer of your own, BrewOS builds the shop for you as a turnkey project.
Already a BrewOS customer? Request it on your account's dashboard.
BrewOS works with the software that you or your accounting firm already use. Sales invoices move to it automatically, so nothing needs to be typed in twice.
Invoices move to Fennoa as draft invoices, and customers are created automatically with their e-invoice addresses. When the accounting firm approves the invoice, BrewOS fetches the invoice number back.
Invoices move to Netvisor as draft invoices, and BrewOS tracks their status, invoice number and payments.
Invoices move to ProCountor, which assigns the invoice number and handles sending. BrewOS tracks the invoices' status and fetches the payments back.
Invoices move to Netbaron in Finvoice format, and the invoice gets Netbaron's own invoice number.
Import new customers straight from the Finnish Supervisory Agency's alcohol licence register – and make sure at the same time that your customer has a valid retail or on-premises licence.
Claude and other MCP-compatible assistants can access your data with your permission and your access rights. Read more.
Don't use any of the above? BrewOS sends the invoice as an e-invoice straight to your customer via the Maventa operator, in Finvoice 3.0 format. Sending e-invoices is a paid add-on service – see the price in the price list.
New Integrate product data and order intake with the Webshop API. Products, prices and stock come from BrewOS, and orders go straight into BrewOS as shipments. For licence holders' orders the licence and stock are checked with every order, and consumer orders are recorded under your retail licence. Developer guide.
One system to manage all the key tasks of production and sales efficiently. A cloud service used in the browser: security, backups and updates are taken care of for you.
The customer register and order management make doing business easy. Import customers with a click from the Finnish Supervisory Agency's alcohol licence register and check at the same time that they hold a retail or on-premises licence.
In addition to domestic sales, BrewOS supports export sales: shipments and VAT-free invoices to EU countries and outside the EU, taking the destination country and delivery locations into account.
Maintain one or more finished goods warehouses. Shipments, packaging and externally purchased batches are recorded automatically, and balances are kept at production batch level on a FIFO basis.
Together with production planning, the ingredient warehouse tells you what to purchase and when, as well as the calculated and actual ingredient costs of recipes.
The data required by the Finnish Supervisory Agency, Customs and the Tax Administration is generated automatically from wholesale, ready to submit:
A product catalogue with package options and EAN codes, plus marketing materials, in one place.
Recipes and brewing instructions are versioned, so for every production batch you can see which recipe version it was made with.
Flexible price lists: general prices, customer group price lists and customer-specific contract prices.
Previously purchased batches are always used first. Paid add-ons include sending e-invoices and credit checks – see the price list.
